Tania de Batz wants to become a fencer like her father, despite the dizziness that causes others to dismiss her as weak. After her father is murdered, his last wish sends her to what appears to be a finishing school. Tania discovers instead that the academy secretly trains young women as Musketeers. Working with her new companions to investigate a possible assassination plot, she must weigh duty, belonging, and the clues that may reveal what happened to her father.
