Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-02

Scope

Favedom operates www.favedom.com as an independent book-discovery and reference site. This policy describes the public site and its contact form. The site does not currently offer public user accounts, favorites, or social features.

Information You Provide

If you use the contact form, Favedom receives the contact details, message, and related information you choose to submit. The form is intended for general inquiries, corrections, rights issues, and partnership notes. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Information Handled Automatically

Like most websites, the hosting and security services supporting Favedom may receive standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and time of access. The contact form also uses an automated abuse-prevention check.

Favedom does not currently use behavioral advertising or build profiles of readers. Site code may use limited browser storage for presentation or navigation features, not for cross-site advertising.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate and secure the site, deliver and respond to contact inquiries, investigate corrections or rights requests, and understand aggregate site operation. Favedom does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Favedom relies on service providers for hosting, security, form verification, and email delivery. Those providers process information as needed to perform those services under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to booksellers, libraries, publishers, and other outside sites are governed by the destination’s privacy practices.

Retention and Requests

Contact information and messages may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business or correction records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry; applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances.

Security

Favedom uses HTTPS and platform security controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please limit submissions to information needed for the inquiry.

Children’s Privacy

Favedom covers Young Adult literature, but the site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek personal information from them.

Changes and Contact

This policy may change as the site and its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Privacy questions or requests may be sent through the contact form or to support@favedom.com.
